Reach us at (805) 788-8444. We normally answer right away Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM, and we can sometimes come out the same day. After hours, we call back first thing the next business morning.

How pricing works
Coming out to look is free. We look at the problem, explain what we found in plain English, and give you the price before any work starts. You decide whether to go ahead. The price depends on:
- What's actually wrong, once we've looked at it
- How easy the problem is to reach
- The parts or equipment the job needs
- How long the work takes

Do you charge to come look?
No. Coming out to look is free, and you get the price before any work starts.
Why don't you list prices on your website?
Two jobs that sound the same can be very different once we see them. We'd rather look and give you a real price for your job.
Will you push me into work I don't need?
We show you what we found and explain your options. If a repair will do, we'll tell you. You decide before any work starts.
What if I don't know what's wrong?
That's fine. Tell us what you're seeing or hearing, and figuring it out is our job.
How do I know you're licensed?
Our California contractor license is C-36 #1102487. You can look it up on the state's license board website.
What if something isn't right afterward?
Call us. Our labor comes with a 1-year warranty.
