Information we collect

• What you give us: depending on the form, your name, phone number, email, service address or city, plumbing request, service type, preferred time and other details you provide. Requests can also include the page you were on.
• Chat: messages you enter are answered by an AI service. If you ask for service or a callback through chat, your contact details, request and conversation are sent to our team.
• Calls and texts: we receive what you tell us when you call or text, and our phone and business systems may keep records of those contacts. Some calls may be answered by an automated assistant.
• Automatic information: if you accept optional cookies, Google Ads and Housecall Pro tools can receive device, browser, network and usage information. Google Fonts and Google Maps may also receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when they load.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, schedule and complete work, send estimates and invoices, follow up on service, measure our advertising if you accept optional cookies, improve our website, and keep business and legal records.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that help us run the business and website. These include Lovable for hosting and lead storage, Resend for form emails, Formspree for chat requests, Lovable's AI service and Google Gemini for chat replies, and Housecall Pro for scheduling, customer records, estimates, invoices and communication. Google receives information as described above.

If you choose financing, your application goes through Wisetack and its lending partners. Our website does not collect financing applications or financial details.

We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Companies other than us may collect information about your online activities over time and across websites if you accept optional cookies. Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, so please use the cookie choices below.

Text messages

If you text us or agree to receive texts, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

Google reviews and Google Business Profile data

Our website displays public Google review content, our rating and our review count. Reviews are public content written by their authors on Google. When our own Google Business Profile is connected, we use that access only to display our reviews, rating and count, and to keep them current. We do not sell that data or use it for advertising.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

Optional Google Ads and Housecall Pro website tools stay off unless you select Accept in our cookie notice. If you select Decline, online booking opens on Housecall Pro's own page, and that site's privacy terms apply there. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie choices" in the website footer.

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact details above. We may need to keep some records for legal, warranty or business reasons. California residents may have additional rights depending on which privacy laws apply to our business.

How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for business, warranty and legal records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
