+ Can I supply my own fixture?
Yes — we install homeowner-supplied fixtures, but warranty is then on the manufacturer rather than on us. If we supply the fixture, we warranty the unit and the install.
+ How long does a faucet or toilet install take?
A standard faucet or toilet swap is typically 60–90 minutes. Shower valves, tubs, and rough-in changes take longer — usually a half day or more.
+ Will you upgrade old shutoff valves while you're there?
We always check. If the existing angle stops are old or stuck, we replace them at the time of install — it's cheap insurance against a future leak.
+ Do you install ADA-compliant fixtures?
Yes — we install ADA-height toilets, grab bars, roll-under sinks, and accessible showers for aging-in-place and commercial compliance.
