We carry single-project bonding up to $2M and aggregate bonding up to $5M through a Treasury-listed surety. Current limits and bonding letter are provided with our prequal package on request.

Are you DIR registered for prevailing wage projects?

Yes. Modern Perspective Plumbing is registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR #2000010117) and files certified payroll via DIR eCPR on every public works project.

What insurance do you carry?

$2M per occurrence / $4M aggregate general liability, plus Cal/OSHA-compliant workers' compensation. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

Where do you bid plumbing subcontracts?

Primarily San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. We bid selectively into Monterey, Kern, and Ventura Counties for the right project.
