FAQ

Common questions

+ PEX or copper — which is better?

Uponor PEX-A is our default for most residential repipes — flexible, freeze-tolerant, 25-year warranty, and faster to install. Copper is preferred for exposed runs and some commercial applications. We make the call based on your home.

+ How long does a repipe take?

A typical 3-bedroom home is 3–5 days for the plumbing, plus another 2–3 days for drywall patching and texture. We work room by room so you keep water service throughout.

+ Do you patch the drywall?

Yes — full patching, texture match, and primer. Paint is typically the homeowner's final step (we tell you exactly which rooms need touch-up).

+ Why repipe instead of just fixing leaks?

If your home has original galvanized supply lines or copper with multiple pinhole failures, the next leak is a matter of when. A repipe ends the cycle and resets your home's plumbing for the next 25+ years.
