A licensed plumbing contractor built for the Central Coast.
Modern Perspective Plumbing is based in Grover Beach, CA, serving San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties with two dedicated divisions — Service and New Construction — under one licensed roof.
Two crews. One standard.
Modern Perspective Plumbing is a father-and-son business, built here on the Central Coast and licensed under Cota Companies LLC. We made a deliberate decision early on: keep the service division and the construction division on separate schedules, with separate trucks and dedicated crews. Service customers get fast attention. Construction projects get a focused foreman — not a tech pulled off a jobsite to fix a dripping faucet.
The result is a company equally trusted by a homeowner with a flooded laundry room and a general contractor running a multimillion-dollar build. One standard of work, no matter who's calling.
Residential and commercial repair, install, and maintenance.
Ground-up plumbing and DIR public works.
Workers' comp and general liability on file.

“Two guys, one truck, and a standard we refuse to lower.”
Modern Perspective Plumbing started as a father-and-son bet that a plumbing company could do things differently on the Central Coast. Eduardo Sr. brings decades of hands-on field experience. Ed handles the business side — estimating, client relationships, and operations. No call centers. No subcontracted strangers. When you call MPP, you get us.

"We built this company the way we do our work — the right way, from the ground up."
Modern Perspective Plumbing is a father-and-son company, licensed under Cota Companies LLC and based in Grover Beach, CA. We started with a simple belief: that a plumbing contractor could do great work, communicate honestly, and treat every customer the way we'd want to be treated.
One company. Two divisions. The same standard of work on every job.

Our values
We honor scheduled windows. If something changes, we call before you do.
Code-compliant work, permits when required, and materials we'd put in our own homes.
Photos, ETAs, and clear quotes. No surprises on the invoice.
If something isn't right, we make it right — no excuses, no runaround. Our name is on the truck and our license is on the permit.
