Scope

Full tankless conversion from 40-gallon tank unit. New gas line, Category III venting, permit pulled with City of Pismo Beach. Customer had been running out of hot water with a growing family.

What We Did

Removed existing tank water heater
Upsized gas supply line from 1/2" to 3/4"
Installed Navien NPE-240A2
Ran new stainless Category III venting through exterior wall
Installed isolation valves and service ports
Pulled permit and passed final inspection

Result

Unlimited hot water, reduced gas bill, 12-year warranty on heat exchanger.
